Hellbound | Beobwon-ro 12-gil — The Street Where Intention Became a Sermon

Munjeong Legal Town was built for lawyers. Hellbound used it for a sermon.

Beobwon-ro 12-gil runs through the court cluster in Songpa, a grid of pale towers and wide pavements that still feels unfinished even after the offices filled. In episode 1, Jung Jin-su stands here and asks a gathering what intention means. The camera treats the intersection as a civic square. It is only a side street off Beobwon-ro. The people who work in these buildings walk through the same crossing on lunch breaks.

Travel+Leisure lists the street as a public Hellbound stop. Namuwiki is more precise: the Munjeong Beobwon-ro crossing. The district wanted a second downtown and got a legal town. Yeon Sang-ho wanted a place that looked official enough for a new religion to borrow its gravity. Stand at the light and the towers do the work the series needed. No plaque. No queue. Just glass and the question the chairman asked out loud.
