都立桜ヶ丘公園 (Sakuragaoka Park) in Tama is identified in the filming-location record as the place used for Aya’s grave in the final episode of Fuji TV’s 1リットルの涙 / 1 Litre no Namida, broadcast on 20 December 2005.
The park remains a large public metropolitan park in Renkoji, Tama, known for wooded paths, cherry blossoms and elevated views. Current mapping and park records place it around 5-15 Renkoji.
In pilgrimage terms, this is the series’ closing landscape rather than a literal memorial to the real Aya Kitō. The grave seen on screen was production staging for the fictionalized television story, so visitors should not expect a permanent character grave or treat the park as the real person’s burial site.
Pilgrimage note: visit for the landscape and finale connection only. Do not leave offerings or assume any temporary grave prop survives.
