The Etchujima Campus of Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology is one of the most important recurring real locations in Fuji TV’s 2007 ガリレオ (Galileo). The filming-location archive identifies the campus as the fictional Teito University science-and-engineering building that contains Manabu Yukawa’s laboratory.

The university independently confirms the Etchujima Campus at 2-1-6 Etchujima, Koto City, Tokyo. Its current campus map includes the historic academic buildings seen around this maritime-engineering campus. The production’s fictional building number should not be confused with present-day real building numbering.

Pilgrimage note: the university currently allows visits to public outdoor areas but asks visitors not to enter lecture, education, or research buildings without authorization. Exterior pilgrimage photography is therefore the appropriate way to visit this location.
