Nine years after the first succession filing, the board used the same plaza address again.
On 10 December 2025 Coca-Cola said Henrique Braun, executive vice president and chief operating officer, would become chief executive on 31 March 2026.
Quincey would move to executive chairman.
The company's 8-K that day recorded the election.
Braun had joined the company in the same year Quincey had, 1996.
The 2026 proxy later listed Quincey as chairman, director since 2017, chairman since 2019, and chief executive since May 2017, stepping down as chief executive effective 31 March 2026.
Under his tenure the company added brands beyond the original cola, including BodyArmor and Fairlife, as later summarized by the Associated Press.
