Biography | Roland Busch — The Physics Doctorate Dated From This Palace Square

People date a later Siemens chief from the first board title.

The first long institutional address on the public record is a physics faculty.

From 1983 to 1989 Roland Busch studied physics at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg and at the University of Grenoble.

The Munich Re supervisory-board curriculum and the official Siemens CV both give that span and the German diploma, Dipl.-Physiker.

This pin is Schlossplatz 4, the historic seat of FAU in the former margrave palace.

The physics institutes later spread south toward Staudtstraße.

The palace remains the university's public door on the square.

In July 1993 he took a doctorate in physics from the same university.

The German title is Dr. rer. nat.

The dissertation treated dissipative processes in the mixed state of high-temperature superconductors.
