GMM Grammy likes to date its public life to 1994.

Two dates do the actual work.

On 25 March 1994 Grammy Entertainment converted into a public company.

That is also the appointment date GMM Grammy still prints for Boosaba Daorueng as an authorized director.

On 17 February 1995 the Stock Exchange of Thailand recorded the first trade in the stock now called GRAMMY.

The exchange's present head office is 93 Ratchadaphisek Road, Din Daeng.

It is not the floor that printed the 1995 ticket.

The useful pin is the institution, not a claim that this glass box was already here.

She did not join the board from outside after the listing.

The director line and the public conversion are the same day.

The first trade came eleven months later.

Paiboon Damrongchaitham remained the controlling founder.

She kept the operating job.

Seventeen years after that first ticket, on 27 February 2012, the same board made her Group Chief Executive Officer.

Stand on Ratchadaphisek and the tower is a later SET campus.

The paper trail for her public-company life starts with those two 1994 and 1995 dates, not with the present lobby.
