Biography | Boosaba Daorueng — The Board Made Her Group CEO in This Asoke Tower

On 27 February 2012 GMM Grammy's filings stop calling her co-chief executive.

From that date the investor page lists Boosaba Daorueng as Group Chief Executive Officer.

The address is 50 GMM Grammy Place, Sukhumvit 21 (Asoke), Khlong Toei Nuea, Watthana.

The tower is a 43-storey office block finished around 1998 and 1999.

It is not the room where Grammy Entertainment was registered on 11 November 1983.

That first company was a much smaller shop.

The co-founders named in company histories are Paiboon Damrongchaitham, Rewat Buddhinan, Kittisak Chuang-arun, Nitipong Hornak, and Boosaba herself.

She had already been an authorized director since 25 March 1994, the day the firm converted into a public company.

SET records the first trade in the GRAMMY stock on 17 February 1995.

From 27 February 2009 until February 2012 she shared the CEO title.

The 2012 change made the job singular.

She remains vice chairman of the board.

Paiboon remains chairman.

As of the company's 20 February 2026 shareholding snapshot she and related parties held 1,750,240 shares, 0.21 percent of the issued book.

The useful correction is that she did not arrive from outside to run a finished conglomerate.

She had been inside the shop since the cassette years.
