The scene was filmed as a real public live event on 20 May 2016 at サンシャインシティ噴水広場 / Sunshine City Fountain Plaza in Ikebukuro. Contemporary coverage records that roughly 2,000 people gathered and that the event doubled as filming for Episode 9, with 藤原さくら / Sakura Fujiwara performing in character as 佐野さくら. The Nationwide Filming Location Guide also lists Sunshine City among the episode's singing locations.

The Fountain Plaza still operates as an indoor event venue in Alpa B1 of Sunshine City. The stored coordinate is a representative Sunshine City complex pin because an indoor B1 event space does not map cleanly to a unique surface GPS point; it should not be read as an exact stage, performer, or camera mark from the 2016 shoot. Visitors should follow current event-access rules and avoid disrupting scheduled performances.
