Hera Palace was never a building. The hundred floors were computer work. The door the cars stopped under was not. Paradise City on Yeongjong, 186 Yeongjonghaeannam-ro 321beon-gil, lent the convention canopy and the drop-off that the drama needed for an entrance too expensive to invent twice.
VisitKorea already sends people here for the art and the spa. The Penthouse used the convention side. Golden horse in the lobby. Valets on a loop that looks like money even when the tower behind it is a hotel, not a residence.
Ride the Airport Maglev to Paradise City station and walk the plaza. You will not find a H painted on the glass. You will find the same canopy the extras stood under. The island wind comes off the runway. The drama needed a threshold. This is still that threshold.
