TRICK (2000) | Former Kurosawa Residence — The Museum of Treasure Women Village

Episode 4 of the original TRICK, broadcast on 4 August 2000, moves Naoko and Ueda into the mountain mystery around 宝女子村. The filming-location archive identifies the village museum (宝女子村資料館) as the Former Kurosawa Family Residence, 旧黒澤家住宅, in Narahara, Ueno Village, Gunma, and provides the location at 36.086975, 138.736105.

Unlike many fictional-village buildings used in television, this is a real surviving heritage property. Ueno Village describes the large two-storey house as a mid-19th-century residence of the Kurosawa family, hereditary local leaders, and notes its designation as a National Important Cultural Property in 1970. The village currently operates it as a visitor site, normally 9:00–16:00 with Wednesday closure, subject to current notices.
