The former Dai-Ichi Bank Yokohama Branch (旧第一銀行横浜支店) is the real historic building used as the fictional Tokyo STB Trust Bank, the employer from which Oomae Haruko had been laid off before the events of NTV’s 2007『ハケンの品格』.

The National Filming Location Guide identifies this building directly as the bank connected to Haruko’s restructuring past. That backstory matters because the series does not present her fierce independence as a gimmick: it is tied to an earlier experience of regular employment proving less secure than promised.

The surviving low-rise is now BankPark YOKOHAMA at 6-50-1 Honcho, Naka-ku. Its current operator explains that the 1929 bank architecture was partially moved and reconstructed in 2003 and has been repurposed as a culture, craft and coworking hub. The first-floor CRAFT. area is open to the public without reservation during its stated hours, while other spaces have their own access rules.
