Kanda Myojin (神田明神) appears twice in TBS’s 2007『山田太郎ものがたり』. In episode 5, broadcast August 3, it is the shrine where Taro’s younger sister Yoshiko goes on a date. The drama returns to the same shrine in the September 14 finale, when the Yamada family goes there in connection with the shopping-street raffle, giving the location a second place in the family’s comic everyday life.
