Biography|Eno Polo — Named ATP Chief Executive on Worple Road

On 17 September 2025 the ATP named Eno Polo chief executive, effective that day.

The announcement was issued from London. The tour's own statement said he would be based at the ATP London office.

That office, on the tour's corporate page and on the UK establishment filing, is 22 Worple Road, Wimbledon, SW19 4DD.

He was not an outsider. Since January 2021 he had sat on the same board as a player representative. Andrea Gaudenzi, the chairman who had been acting chief executive after Massimo Calvelli left in June, presented Polo as the candidate who already knew both the commercial side and the tennis side.

Calvelli's departure had been flagged in April 2025. The gap lasted through the summer. CAA Executive Search ran the process. Sports Business Journal later recorded that Polo was the only seriously considered candidate who came from inside the sport.

The brief was operational. Gaudenzi kept the long strategic file, including talks about combining commercial assets with the WTA. Polo was hired to run the tour day to day and to keep OneVision moving — more premium events, more fan contact, more money for players and tournaments.

A former Kenya Davis Cup player, ranked 574 at his peak in 1990, now held the top staff job in men's professional tennis.

The statement listed the stations after the racket: Nike, Juventus, Havaianas, Global Brands Group, LeDap, and a short term as chief executive of Premier Padel.

The pin is the public London office, not a private address. It is the same street as the 2021 board seat, and a different day: the day the tour put his name on the chief-executive line.
