Fuji TV’s リッチマン、プアウーマン / RICH MAN, POOR WOMAN uses みなとみらいグランドセントラルタワー (MinatoMirai Grand Central Tower) as the real-world location for the fictional IT company NEXT INNOVATION, the business built by 日向徹 / Toru Hyuga and one of the series’ defining recurring settings. The Nationwide Filming Location Guide identifies GRAND CENTRAL TOWER directly as 「IT企業『NEXT INNOVATION』」 and lists M/M GRAND CENTRAL TOWER among the production’s filming cooperators.

The series premiered on July 9, 2012. Fuji Television’s current program catalog identifies the production as a July–September 2012 romance starring Shun Oguri and Satomi Ishihara, with Toru introduced as the successful CEO of an IT company.

The real tower remains active at 4-6-2 Minato Mirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama. Its official site describes a 26-story office-and-retail complex, with shops on the lower floors and offices above. This memory therefore uses a building-level coordinate only: it does not claim a specific NEXT INNOVATION office floor, desk, entrance, actor mark, or camera position, and visitors should respect tenant-only office areas.
