Episode 5 of SPEC, broadcast November 12, 2010, uses 夢の大橋 / Yume no Ohashi in Tokyo’s waterfront district for the scene where 地居聖 / Satoshi Chii proposes to 当麻紗綾 / Saya Toma. The nationwide filming-location archive identifies the bridge directly for that scene.

Yume no Ohashi remains part of Symbol Promenade Park, linking Aomi and Ariake across the Ariake West Canal. Tokyo Port Terminal Corporation’s current park guide describes it as a 360-meter pedestrian bridge with a maximum width of about 60 meters, and its access guide places it about a four-minute walk from Tokyo Teleport Station.
