Drama: Nippon TV『デスノート』 / Death Note (2015), scoped specifically to the 2015 NTV television drama rather than the separate Death Note films, anime or later screen continuations.

Episode 1 aired on 5 July 2015. The Nationwide Filming Location Guide identifies the then-named ホテル グランパシフィック LE DAIBA as the hotel where L is based, and specifically records Soichiro Yagami going there to meet L in Episode 1. The production credits list the hotel across Episodes 1–3 and again from Episode 6 through the finale, making the building one of the drama’s most persistent real-world settings for L and the investigation.

The same Odaiba hotel building was rebranded on 1 July 2016 as グランドニッコー東京 台場 / Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba and remains an operating hotel at 2-6-1 Daiba, Minato-ku, directly connected to Daiba Station. It should be visited as a working hospitality property: use public guest or dining areas only as currently permitted and do not search guest floors, rooms or back-of-house spaces for a supposed 2015 angle. The stored coordinate 35.6250581, 139.7715541 is a building/address-level anchor; it is not claimed as L’s fictional room, a particular floor, an actor mark or a camera position.
