Drama: TBS 日曜劇場『下町ロケット』 / Shitamachi Rocket (2015), limited to the 2015 TBS series.

Episode 5, broadcast 15 November 2015, completes the first major “rocket” arc. The filming-location record identifies 屏風ヶ浦 / Byobugaura in Choshi as the place where Kohei Tsukuda watches the rocket launch with his family and Tsukuda Manufacturing colleagues. TBS’s own final-week production report later confirms that the crew returned to the same Chiba coastline for the finale and explicitly recalls it as the location where the Tsukuda Manufacturing group had previously watched the rocket launch. That makes Byobugaura a strong pilgrimage point for the series’ recurring image of a small factory looking toward space.

Byobugaura remains a major Choshi landscape attraction: a roughly 10-kilometre line of sea cliffs stretching toward Asahi. Current official tourism information directs visitors to the Choshi Marina side and its walking route, with parking at the marina beach area. The cliffs are a protected natural landscape, so stay on designated paths and respect closures, weather warnings and coastal safety guidance.

Location scope: the stored pin is the official tourism map anchor on the Choshi/Marina side of Byobugaura. It is not claimed to be the precise actor position, tripod mark, or exact 2015 frame, and the rocket itself was not launched from this coastline.
