The filming-location archive identifies Atago Shrine directly for this episode rather than only naming a general Atago neighborhood.

Atago Shrine is still an active Shinto shrine at 1-5-3 Atago, Minato. Its official access page confirms the present address and public transit approaches. This is therefore a surviving religious site that can be visited, but it should be approached as a functioning place of worship rather than as a drama prop.
