Nobuta wo Produce (2005) | Hachiman Bridge — The Red School-Route Bridge

A recurring piece of the school route in Nippon TV’s 2005 野ブタ。をプロデュース (Nobuta wo Produce) is 八幡橋 (Hachiman Bridge) in Tomioka, Koto. The filming-location archive identifies this bridge specifically as the red bridge on the characters’ route to school, making it one of the series’ clearest surviving everyday pilgrimage locations.

The bridge is much older than the drama. Koto City identifies it as the former Danjo Bridge, an Important Cultural Property at Tomioka 1-19 to 2-7. Cultural Heritage records note that the iron bridge dates to 1878 and was moved to its present site in 1929, where it took the name Hachiman Bridge.
