Drama: TBS『アルジャーノンに花束を』 / Algernon ni Hanataba wo / Flowers for Algernon (2015). This memory is scoped specifically to the 2015 TBS adaptation, not the separate 2002 Fuji TV adaptation of the same Japanese title.

Episode 1 aired on 10 April 2015. TBS’s official Location Information Vol. 1 identifies たつの湯 (Tatsuno-yu) in Shakujiidai, Nerima, as the traditional public bath used for the episode-1 scene in which Sakuto Shiratori climbs the sento chimney. TBS also notes the bath’s old-fashioned character and wood-fired hot water, making it one of the premiere’s most distinctive real-world filming places.

The bath remains an operating neighborhood sento at 6-19-26 Shakujiidai, Nerima-ku. The stored coordinate is a building-level exterior anchor derived from a documented exterior-photo position; it is not presented as Sakuto’s exact climbing point, the chimney itself, an actor position, or a camera mark.

Pilgrimage note: this is an active public bath, not a preserved drama set. Visitors should follow current sento etiquette, avoid disturbing customers, and never assume interior, changing-room, or bathing-area photography is permitted.
