J-Drama Pilgrimage | 天皇の料理番 Tenno no Ryoriban (2015) — 綱町三井倶楽部 / Kazoku Kaikan

Drama: TBS『天皇の料理番』 / Tennō no Ryōriban / The Emperor's Cook (2015), scoped specifically to the 2015 series rather than the separate 1980 adaptation.

Episode 2 aired on 3 May 2015. TBS's episode guide says Atsuzō finally begins work at the elite Western-style restaurant 華族会館 / Kazoku Kaikan, where the uncompromising head chef Usami teaches him that professional cooking begins with discipline and sincerity. The Nationwide Filming Location Guide identifies 綱町三井倶楽部 / Tsunamachi Mitsui Club in Mita, Tokyo as the principal real-world stand-in for Kazoku Kaikan across the early episodes; its garden-side approach was supplemented with composited elements for the drama.

The real club is itself a historic Western-style mansion completed in 1913 and designed by Josiah Conder. It still operates as a Mitsui Group members' club and hospitality venue at 2-3-7 Mita, Minato-ku, with restaurant, banquet and wedding use, so it should not be treated as an unrestricted film set. Pilgrims should use only areas available through current reservations or normal visitor arrangements and respect event/private-area restrictions. The stored coordinate 35.65165, 139.74062 is a building-level anchor for the club; it does not claim Atsuzō's kitchen, a particular doorway, an actor position, or a camera mark.
