The K2|Turó de la Rovira — The Hill Where the Last Episode Looked Back

The last shot is not a palace gate in Seoul. It is a Civil War anti-aircraft platform above Barcelona.

Turó de la Rovira rises 262 meters in Horta-Guinardó, one of the city's seven hills. MUHBA keeps the battery and the viewpoint at Carrer de Marià Labèrnia. From the concrete you see the grid, the sea, and Sagrada Família in one turn. The hill is a public memory site first. The bunkers were built to defend Barcelona. Shacks covered the slope after the war. The city cleared a terrace and left the guns' bases in place. The drama borrowed the panorama for a last walk.

Climb from Carmel or El Coll in the late afternoon. The light hits the Eixample first. That is the view the final cut kept.
