花ざかりの君たちへ (2007) | Ushiku Chateau — The Red-Brick Face of Ohsaka Gakuen

Fuji TV’s 2007『花ざかりの君たちへ〜イケメン♂パラダイス〜』 turns Ushiku Chateau (then widely billed as Chateau Kamiya) into the recurring exterior of fictional 桜咲学園, the all-boys school Mizuki Ashiya enters in episode 1 on 3 July 2007. Contemporary filming-location records identify the Ushiku complex as the school, and an October 2007 All About report based on interviews with Chateau staff says it appeared repeatedly as 桜咲学園, including the scene in which Sano embraces Mizuki.

The red-brick winery complex is a real Meiji-era heritage site, not a school set. Ushiku Chateau was completed in 1903 and remains open to visitors; several historic winery buildings were later designated Important Cultural Properties. This pin marks the visitor venue at 3-20-1 Chuo, Ushiku rather than an invented actor or camera position inside the grounds. Because the drama used multiple parts of the complex, pilgrims should treat the whole publicly accessible Chateau as the location and respect any roped-off or non-public areas.
