The Western-style Former Maeda Marquis Residence in Komaba supplies the exterior of Saku Sakura’s family home in Lesson 3 of Fuji TV’s 2006『のだめカンタービレ』, broadcast on October 30, 2006. The filming-location record identifies 旧前田侯爵邸洋館 specifically as Sakura’s house; it separately identifies restaurant TERAKOYA for the interior, so this memory does not imply that the mansion’s rooms were used for every scene inside the fictional home.

The surviving 1929 Western House is part of the Former Maeda Family Main Residence in Meguro’s Komaba Park and is designated an Important Cultural Property. Meguro City currently lists the Western House as publicly open Wednesday through Sunday and on applicable holiday Mondays, generally 9:00–16:00, subject to closures and preservation needs.

Pilgrimage note: the coordinate is a building-level pin for the historic Western House, not a reconstructed actor or camera position. Visit only during authorized public hours, follow interior photography rules, and treat the property as a protected cultural site rather than a permanent drama set.
