Finance History | 11 Wall Street — PEAK Stopped and DOC Opened
kevin
People treat Healthpeak as a Denver REIT that always printed DOC after a finished medical-office book.
The March 2024 issuer was Healthpeak Properties, Inc., listed earlier as HCP and then as PEAK.
The company closed an all-stock merger with Physicians Realty Trust in early March 2024.
The letters PEAK stopped and DOC opened on the New York Stock Exchange on 4 March 2024.
The mechanism is a ticker change after a merger, not a cash IPO.
The pin is the Broad Street facade of the Exchange on that opening.
Interior trading is not visitable from the sidewalk.
