People treat Honeywell Aerospace as a Phoenix cockpit shop that always printed HONA after a finished engine book.
The June 2026 issuer was Honeywell Aerospace Inc.
It left Honeywell International Inc., by then styled Honeywell Technologies, by a full distribution of its common stock.
Holders of record on 15 June 2026 received one Aerospace share for every two Technologies shares.
The distribution took effect at 12:01 a.m. New York time on 29 June 2026.
The new letters HONA opened regular-way on the Nasdaq Stock Market that morning.
Reuters recorded a close of 220.19 dollars in 2026 currency, down 0.4 percent on about 8.5 million shares.
The surviving parent kept HON and ran a one-for-two reverse split at 12:02 a.m. the same day.
The mechanism is a 1-for-2 spin that ended the last multi-industry Honeywell tape.
Nasdaq MarketSite at 4 Times Square is the public facade for that first tape.
