Holders of record on 16 December 2022 received one GE HealthCare share for every three GE shares.
GE kept about 19.9 percent.
The new letters GEHC opened on the Nasdaq Stock Market on 4 January 2023.
The first session closed at 60.49 dollars in 2023 currency.
The mechanism is a pro-rata distribution, not a cash offering.
