People treat HP Inc. as a Palo Alto printer shop that always printed HPQ after a finished PC book.
The November 2015 issuer was Hewlett-Packard Company, renamed HP Inc. the same weekend.
On 1 November 2015 it distributed Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company to its holders.
Stockholders of record on 21 October 2015 received one HPE share for each HPQ share.
The remaining personal-systems and printing book kept the listing and opened under the letters HPQ on 2 November 2015.
TheStreet recorded a close of 13.83 dollars in 2015 currency, up 13 percent on that first session as a separate company.
The enterprise book opened the same morning under HPE.
The mechanism is a tax-free spin that left the PC and printer tape on the old letters.
The pin is the Broad Street facade of the Exchange on that opening.
Interior trading is not visitable from the sidewalk.
