The February 2010 issuer was Generac Holdings Inc., parent of Generac Power Systems, Inc.
The operating firm dated its history to 1959.
It priced 18,750,000 common shares at 13.00 dollars each in 2010 currency.
The letters GNRC opened on the New York Stock Exchange on 11 February 2010.
The first print matched the offering price at 13 dollars.
Underwriters held a 30-day option on another 2,812,500 shares.
Net proceeds were slated to repay term loans at the operating subsidiary, including the second-lien loan in full.
The mechanism is a cash IPO that took a private-equity generator book onto the listed tape.
The pin is the Broad Street facade of the Exchange on that opening.
Interior trading is not visitable from the sidewalk.
