People treat Shionogi as a Grand Green Osaka listing that always sold Xofluza from a Kita-ku tower.
The first book was a wholesale counter opened on a twenty-fourth birthday.
On 17 March 1878 Gisaburo Shiono, Sr. opened Shiono Gisaburo Shoten at Doshomachi 3-chome 12, the same block the company still names as Osaka Head Office.
The shop first sold Chinese herbs. In 1886 Gisaburo switched the ledger to imported Western drugs and began dealing directly with European and American houses.
Antacidin, the first in-house tablet, went on sale in 1909. A plant followed in 1910. The shop and the works merged as Shionogi Shoten in 1919.
The Osaka Head Office remains 1-8, Doshomachi 3-chome. The 1924 hall sat on this street. The present global headquarters is a rented floor in Grand Green Osaka.
The pin is the public Doshomachi frontage, one block east of Takeda's register. The interiors are offices.
The mechanism is a guild-street wholesale book that learned to make its own tablet. The listed company still keeps a desk on the street where the first parcels were weighed.
